Order data (name, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address, ordered goods) — to conclude and perform the sales contract, deliver goods and handle returns and claims (legal basis: contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Payment data (payment status, amount, transaction reference) — to confirm payment and issue refunds. Card numbers and online-banking credentials are entered only on the payment providers' pages and are not seen or stored by us (contract).

Accounting records (invoices, payment confirmations) — to meet statutory accounting and tax obligations, retained for 7 years (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).

Messages sent via the contact form or e-mail — to answer your enquiry (legitimate interest / contract).

Technical data (IP address, browser, cookies strictly needed for the cart and checkout) — to run and secure the shop (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

We share data only as needed with: payment service providers — Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, https://stripe.com (card payments) and Maksekeskus AS, Estonia (bank links; https://makecommerce.net); carriers and parcel services; e-mail delivery provider (Resend); hosting providers; accountants and legal advisers; authorities when required by law.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. Stripe or e-mail providers), this is done under adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Order data is kept for as long as needed for the contract and claims (generally 3 years after the transaction, the general limitation period); accounting documents for 7 years; contact-form messages for up to 1 year unless a dispute arises.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing of your data and to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at info@rattad.com. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the shop to work (cart, session, language, checkout). They do not require consent.
