Terms of Service

The online shop https://rattad.com (Carhunter Store) is operated by CarHunterPRO OÜ, registry code 14792890, address: Peterburi tee 90f, 13816 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail info@rattad.com, phone +372 5672 6600 (the "Seller"). These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers and business customers in the shop.

Product descriptions, photos and technical data are given as accurately as possible. All prices are in euros (EUR); the Seller is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery costs, if any, are shown separately and are added before you confirm the order.

The Seller may correct obvious price or description errors. In that case the customer is informed and may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it and receive a full refund.

To order, add products to the cart, enter your contact and delivery details, choose the delivery and payment method, accept these terms and confirm the order. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation to your e-mail address.

The Seller may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, or the payment has not been received or a technical error occurred. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

Payment is made online in euros. Available methods: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., https://stripe.com), and Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank) via the payment service provider Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce).

Card and bank-link payments are processed by the respective payment service providers. The Seller does not see or store your card number or online-banking credentials. Maksekeskus AS (https://makecommerce.net) is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority.

The order is processed after the payment has been received. If the payment fails or is cancelled, the order is not created and no money is charged.

Products are handed over at the Seller's address or delivered to the address/parcel terminal chosen during checkout. Delivery methods, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to a consumer when the product is delivered to them. Please inspect the package on receipt and report visible damage to the carrier and the Seller immediately.

A consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods without giving a reason. The conditions are set out in the Return Policy (/returns), which forms part of these terms.

The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that exists at delivery, in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and consumer protection legislation. A consumer may submit a complaint within 2 years of receiving the goods; lack of conformity appearing within 1 year is presumed to have existed at delivery.

Send complaints to info@rattad.com or by post to Peterburi tee 90f, 13816 Tallinn, Estonia, stating the order number, a description of the defect and photos where possible. The Seller replies to complaints within 15 days.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy (/privacy).

The Seller is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use of the product contrary to its instructions, or by circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

We aim to resolve all disputes by negotiation. A consumer may also turn to the Tarbijavaidluste komisjon (Consumer Disputes Committee) (https://komisjon.ee) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Disputes not resolved amicably are settled by Estonian courts, with Estonian law applicable; a consumer's right to apply to the court of their place of residence under mandatory law is not affected.

The Seller may amend these terms. The terms in force at the time of the order apply to that order.
