Return & Refund Policy

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To do so, notify us clearly (e-mail, post or the withdrawal form below) before the period expires.

Send the notice to CarHunterPRO OÜ, Peterburi tee 90f, 13816 Tallinn, Estonia, info@rattad.com. Please state your name, order number, the goods concerned and the date of receipt.

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. The goods must be unused (apart from the handling necessary to establish their nature and characteristics), complete, and preferably in the original packaging. For tyres and wheels this means they must not have been mounted or driven on.

Unless we agree otherwise, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. We are not obliged to accept returns sent cash-on-delivery.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of sending them.

The refund is made to the same payment method you used for the purchase (card via Stripe (https://stripe.com), or bank link via Maksekeskus AS) unless you agree otherwise; no fee is charged for the refund itself.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised, goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed, and other cases listed in the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 56.

If the goods are defective or differ from the order, contact info@rattad.com with the order number, a description and photos. You may claim repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the contract as provided by law. Claims may be made within 2 years of receiving the goods and are answered within 15 days. In such cases the cost of returning the goods is borne by us.

If we cannot agree, you may turn to the Tarbijavaidluste komisjon (Consumer Disputes Committee) (https://komisjon.ee) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
